"This property was in a pretty good location for walking to restaurants and many other things like hop on hop off locations. The young people at the front desk and especially the baggage/room handlers, were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and they offered a 5 euro food/drink voucher to not clean the room- eco friendly. We missed the whole light show but caught the end one night. Looked cute from what we saw. "Perfect stay from beginning to end. Service cheerful and staff always ready to help. Fun dance show during breakfast. I’ve traveled a lot but never experienced something like this, very nice gesture. Room was clean and well equipped, bed super comfortable. Location is excellent for walking in all directions, right next to the square and beautiful park and right around the corner to the main avenue with all the shopping and leading down to the sea. "

"Just off of one of the main avenues (Avenida da Libetade) and a longer (for an American) walk to the Chiado and Bairro Alto neighborhoods where there is plenty of food and culture. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and close to a metro station if you don't need to use a ride share application. Comfortable bed and sheets. Helpful and responsive staff. Some of the appliances are on the older side but were clean and fully functional. "

"What an oasis Hotel Valverde is! Welcoming front desk, beautiful garden dining with friendly wait staff, and tasty food. The location is perfect. Step outside and walk right or left to experience the delights of Lisbon. Our room was comfortable and calming. And if you require anything, the staff will go all out for you with smiling faces. "Apartment room is spotless clean with everything needed. Front persons are very nice and helpful for anything. Location was great with many cafes and restaurants nearby and walkable. Grocery/convenience store is located next door which was very handy. Only potential issue for light sleepers are road noise, as the apartment is facing to the main road that has constant traffic even in the late night. Noisy guests were there at near-by restaurant in the late night for the weekend. "
