Desde o momento do check-in até o momento da minha partida, fui recebido com extrema cordialidade e profissionalismo por toda a equipe. A recepção foi muito eficiente, o processo de entrada foi ágil e os atendentes sempre muito bem treinados, simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as necessidades. O quarto em que fiquei hospedado era espaçoso, extremamente limpo, confortável e muito bem decorado, com uma atenção especial aos detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença. A cama era extremamente confortável, o enxoval de alta qualidade e o ambiente transmitia uma sensação de aconchego e tranquilidade perfeita para uma estadia relaxante. Além disso, o quarto contava com uma excelente infraestrutura: ar-condicionado silencioso, televisão de tela plana com vários canais, frigobar bem abastecido e uma conexão Wi-Fi estável e rápida, fundamental para quem precisa trabalhar ou se manter conectado. As áreas comuns do hotel são igualmente impecáveis. O lobby é moderno, confortável e decorado com muito bom gosto, oferecendo ambientes para socialização e relaxamento.
