"We went as a group and reserved 3 King rooms, one of which was needing a pet friendly place. The room and area were clean. However, I didn't appreciate that we reserved 3 rooms and arrived at 3 pm (check in time) and were told they had to change our rooms from a Single King to doubles and the price would remain the same. I notified them that we did need at least 1 room on the 1st floor to assist our handicap friend. I would prefer to have had what I reserved. Also, there was no shampoo or enough...

"I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same.
