Take a trip to the Tivoli Gardens Amusement Park or experience both royal palaces: Amalienborg, the royal family's residence, and Rosenborg, where the crown jewels are kept. Make sure to walk up and down the Strøget main street, to climb up Rundetårn (the Round Tower) or to bring a picnic basket to Kongens Have (the King's Garden).

There are so many things to see and do in central Copenhagen, and a good way to get to see a lot of them is to buy a Copenhagen Card. It gives you access to many of the museums and attractions in the area, as well as free train, bus and metro transport.
