Comfortable room in a good location

Great location, close to the metro and train. Nice peaceful area justboutaide the city. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Clean basic room, fan provided as room was warm. Room was cleaned everyday.

Good basic hotel

Good location with large selection of resturants and shopping nearby in mall which is opposite the metro and mainline train station. Tip: use the train into the centre rather than metro. It's 1 stop and every 15 mins. This hotel seems to cater for business people on short stays. The accommodation is fairly compact and basic (including the breakfast) but everything works. BUT there's no A/C and with thick duvets overheating and shallow sleeps are inevitable.

Good location and well linked to the city centre and airport via public transport. A big shopping centre is reacheable in a few minutes by walk. The property was clean, but very basic: no fridge, no tea/coffee, no safe, tiny open wardrobe.

The staff was great and we were welcomed efficiently, kindly, and with all information needed. I was very happy that the front desk was able to lend us a digital luggage scale. There was a broken soap dispenser in the shower and a loose reading lamp at one of the beds. A technician came to repair it but nothing changed. The hotel is extremely conveniently located to the metro train that made for very easy connections to the city centre, airport and Sweden, and to a mall with a food court, large grocery store, and various shops of all kinds. I would happily stay here again.

this hotel had absolutely no amenities… There was no room service. There was no ability to get drinks or any other kind and the cleaning service was not good. although we stayed at the hotel for convenience as it was directly next to the arena and we were going to a concert that part was very convenient and it was very close to the mall and public transportation, which was very nice but the hotel itself I did not care for. you could not even get coffee in the hotel without having to pay for it. It was just not a very good experience.

Modern and excellent. Ørestad is a great stop that has both subway and trains, making it super easy to get anywhere in Copenhagen. I actually liked staying away from the “downtown core” / touristy area where you get to go back at the end of a long day away from the hustle bustle and also in a safe and easy to get to area. Hotel was clean and got everything one would need.

This hotel had no A/C and we did not arrive until late in the evening after a long travel day. The window had not been opened prior to our arrival so it was like stepping into a sauna. The window only opened a little (more like a vent) so it did not cool overnight and the hotel did not have any fans when asked. So the sleep was pretty bad unfortunately. The room was clean otherwise so if you’re not going during a warm month, I think this would be pleasant!

Perfect location just outside city center

Nice hotel around 20 minutes with metro from city center, (including 5-6 minutes walk to the metro station) but it’s definitely worth that time due to pricing and also exceptional good parking facilities nearby to a decent price. Friendly staff, reception open 24/7 and possibilities to relax in the nice lounge. The rooms are fairly standard, nothing extra, but everything you need. It could be hot in the rooms due to the fact that there is no AC in the rooms, just a small fan. WiFi free and relatively fast, you have to sign up in order to use the WiFi, but it’s a simple procedure. Cleaning as expected, you choose by yourself if you want the towels changed or not - that’s more and more common and also a very good idea for environmental reasons. A big shopping mall (Fields) is situated just a few hundred meters from the hotel. When coming by car on highway E20 it’s extremely simple to find the hotel, just a couple of hundred meters from the road. No disturbances from metro or road, so even if it’s close to both, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, especially those facing to the courtyard. Overall highly recommended - value for money is really high.
