Hotel Dekat Copeland Gallery

"The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"Needs an overhaul, ripped shades and scuffed paint, but clean and depending on what you need very good location"

"Amazing apartment, had everything we needed. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Really great distance from o2 arena. Would highly recommend!"

"The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and...

"Stayed 2 nights. The staff were wonderful, facility very clean . spotless bathroom . The deal breaker , and it's a big one was the mattress. It WAS TERRIBLE with springs poking into our ribs all night , had to sleep on to of the duvet the second night . Didn't get a good night's sleep either night ."

"Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel"

"Great value hostel. Convenient transport connections & great for O2 Arean & Greenwich area. Free help yourself breakfast."

"Breakfast is great, good selection and choices of food and beverages being served. Staff, including reception, breakfast lounge staff and room attendants are very accommodating and helpful and are able to answer if you have questions and concerns. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Lighting by the entrance the dresser/counter top for coffee and tea, and by the wall mirror is dark. It would be nice if you can change them."

"Just as advertised"

"Bilik sangat kecil and katil bertingkat yang agak merbahaya. Kawasan tinggal agak baik kerana kawasan nya agak senyap."

"Terrible experiencia. El sitio nunca me compartió el código/pin para ingresar a las instalaciones, tuve que esperar hasta el día siguiente para que alguien me pudiera atender personalmente. Cuando me pudieron dar acceso al edificio, el lugar estaba muy sucio, instalaciones desgastadas, personal no hablaba correctamente en inglés. Fue una muy mala experiencia, tuve que rentar hospedaje en otro sitio."

"You get what you pay for"

"AVOID – I paid for a room that was never provided I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property. I booked and paid for a two-night stay through Hotels.com for 9–11 September. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the property to check in, the housekeeper told me that they were fully booked, there was no room available for me, and they had no record of my reservation in their system. I therefore had no accommodation despite having already paid for my stay and had...
