"The Victoria Inn is very close to the 58th Street show and was convenient for an overnight stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities for tea and coffee in the room and air conditioning. There was very little natural light in our room which made it a bit gloomy at first sight."

"The only picture they showed was a really nice looking lounge area. The room was actually super small with a wooden vertical column between both beds. I never saw a picture like that advertised. Overall it did the job which was providing us a place to sleep after long days exploring but we are used to staying at Hiltons and Marriotts and this one was more similar to a Motel 6. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was just expecting something much nicer"

"Great little room with a really cold fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, comfy bed, shower and fan - last 2 were important as stayed there in the heatwave. Windows open properly which was a help but was very hot - would imagine every hotel room/apartment without air con was the same though. Cheery bright decor. Only 10 in walk from Surrey Quays station on the Windrush Line and number 1 bus stop right outside takes you over the Thames in 25 mins. Walked back from the station at gone 11pm...

"I want to start off with the staff. The staff were so lovely and helpful! They made us feel right at home. The beds were also so comfy, it was like floating on a cloud. We loved our stay"

"Booked 2 rooms for work collegues over 2 nights , Hotel reception would not give them 2 rooms and made them use 1 room with only 1 bed. Too late for us to do anything about it, did not stay the 2nd night "

"Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all...

"Personne n’a répondu au téléphone, les habitants des lieux ont essayé d’appeler les responsables , le responsable n’a pas trouvé la réservation expedia, expedia ne répond pas, nous avons du repartir avec le dernier train histoire de ne pas passer la nuit dehors avec un enfant de 2 ans. "

"Great location for us. Helpful staff clean and well appointed. Not the biggest room but it’s a bedroom after all. Shower room. Very tidy everything you need Tea coffee. Plenty of refills. Not your two teabags and two sugars I’ve seen before socket and chargers to suit everyone no matter what connection you need. Can’t knock the place"

"Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Wapping station, Sainsbury's local opposite, pub was nice too. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Perfect for us to stop over for the night & would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
