The windows are disgusting and the pillows were falling apart. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service. If not for those few things I listed it would have been a higher rating."

"The room was filthy..floors turned your feet BLACK. We did not use the stove it looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. There was food built up around the sink and worst of all cockroaches. Husband said shower barely ran water. The staff of one was nice to us. We liked him.... Will never stay again"
