"This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee. "

"I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not. "

"The people above me had children who were up almost all night stomping around their room. Then this morning they started up again at about 8:30 am. I was there 3 nights and they did it every night for a couple of hours. Today was the first morning they did it. "

"Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. "

"The rooms are all redone. It was clean and no bugs!! Loved that if I needed a shower chair there was one available already in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazingly kind. Definitely will be returning when its time to stay in the area again."

"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...
