"The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!"

"The guy who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette with a full size fridge was handy. Unfortunately, there was no washing up liquid or tea towel. The shower was very difficult to use without getting water all over the bathroom due to the size and the curtain. The bathroom could have also benefited from some hooks and bench space. "The room could be cleaner as I found a dead spider on the wall where I placed my luggage. Also the floor wasn’t spotless and the bathroom could be cleaner. I personally asked for EV charger with the receptionist when I checked in and been told not to worry as I will get the spot however upon returning to the motel later, the spot was occupied by a non EV vehicle. Note that the charger is 2.1kw charger and you don’t need any app to use it."

"It's advertised as Quirky and that's what you get. So, it's not a comfortable room in the fact it is small with basic options. The bed was comfortable thou. We could not get our complimentary breakfast as milk had not been purchased. Unfortunately, we could not wait for it to arrive. Overall, I wont be returning."
