"We absolutely loved our stay and we had an amazing time. The cottage is gorgeous and is in a brilliant location for doing things. The only downside to the location is that it was quite noisy at night time and we did not sleep very well. There were hairs in one of the twin beds that our little one was staying in, didn’t check the other but noticed them when we were putting him to bed so would bring that up with cleaners. "Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. We enjoyed the pool and spa, not the biggest spa but had enough to do, we did a spa package which included lunch which was very nice, on our way to the room we found a relaxation room for spa guests which we didn’t know about. Enjoyed our breakfast in the morning, plenty of cereals, fruits, pastries, juices etc and an amazing cooked breakfast, staff again were excellent as were the staff when we checked out. Overall a very enjoyable time, the staff made for excellent stay would definitely recommend."
