"The property is mixed bunkhouse and other room types. We booked the suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The vibe is very relaxed with a bit of a backpacker feeling. There is a friendly bar and the breakfast was a combo of self serve and custom breakfast. Staff were super friendly and accompanied. It is close to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Wow! Where to start? This has been our best all-round hotel experience in the last 10 years! Gareth and Rana are the most wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, with a welcome drink, to the warm, genuine conversations and a hug goodbye on departure, they made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room, Rupert, was just perfect. Spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable that it wasn’t easy to leave in the mornings… but you really must, because the breakfasts are absolutely delicious! We tried the full menu (which is pre-booked the evening before), and the quality and taste of the food was simply delectable. It’s the little things that also make such a difference. They noticed we had some water and soft drinks in the storage area, and by the next morning, a fridge had appeared in our room! Such a thoughtful touch and hugely appreciated. The location is also perfect for Betws-y-Coed and exploring the mountains to the west. Just a wonderful overall experience from start to finish. Thank you again and we will definitely look forward to seeing you both again next year."

"We live locally and have stayed may times and alway have enjoyed our stay. We live walking in the area and enjoy coming back to use the sports centre have some great food and have afew drinks..... ❤️"

"Our room was very well decorated and very smart . The colour theme of black and white was modern and spotlessly clean. We liked the modern bathroom and spacious shower, also very clean and looking very new. The bed was comfortable and the view across the valley was pleasant. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a good choice and was well cooked.We would have preferred to have been served our coffees / teas rather than use the help yourself facilities which were a little awkward. It was in a good situation being near the centre of Betwys for walking to eateries/ shops."

"Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay."
