"We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead for the spa to avoid disappointment. "

A special mention for the lovely guy on reception who checked us in, and really did make us feel most welcome, he was extremely informative and nothing was ever too much trouble! He also served us for breakfast today - thank you :)"

"Staff were incredible and helpful for all our requests including local landmarks, the room was very clean. My only feedback would be there there seemed to be a certain ventilator fan hum throughout the night ; we got used to that but the establishment might want to check that - Thanks for a lovely stay!"
