"The rooms were very hot, the windows were open but still didnโt help with ventilation. The heating system seemed to be on as the pipes were hot. It was very uncomfortable in the room. We eventually asked the front desk for a fan, which they gave us off the front desk. The picture of the bedroom they sent with my receipt, was definitely not the room were given. The beds were smaller. Killin is a lovely town and we enjoyed our time there, just a little disappointed with accommodation"

"We enjoyed our time at the Apex. It's a beautiful building with a beautiful view. The room was clean and the bathroom was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool, steam room, restaurant, and bar. We felt very comfortable during our stay at the Apex and it's our choice hotel if we are in the area again!"

"Its the first time I have used the hotel, and I cant fault anything about it, I was greeted by Ryan who explained everything to me, explained regarding the parking booking in. He advised that there is a complimentary breakfast and where it was located, and that there is a website I could use for possible discounted stays, I did explain I use the Expedia app and that also offers discount. The only minor issue I had was my room wasn't bright enough for me, I like more lights for when I work, apart from that it was spotless, big comfy bed, very little noise, great wifi signal and loads of parking. I will use the hotel again when I am next in the area, your staff were fab Thank you Will"

"Parking was tricky. There is a car park but it was full. Therefore I angled my car in the middle of the car park, then got up really early to move it again. The staff are lovely. The room was charming. Great value for money. Location is pretty. Great as a pit stop for driving from Inverness to Edinburgh."
