"Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! Hvis man vil kan de også stå for ordning af bådture eller andre dagsture som kunne have relevans. Alt i alt, et fantastisk ophold med en lækker udsigt "

"I had a great stay on a solo weekend trip here. The room was super clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the rooftop pool and bar was perfect! It’s about a 20 minute, easy walk to the lake (I walk fast - might be a little more) and city center - which I found to be just right."

Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. "The staff were friendly, keep in mind that to get to the Runi Rooms you need to enter the Latteria S. Fedele restaurant and ask on of the staff members. They are very helpful! It’s tough to find but worth it."

"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. "We booked the compact double room. We checked in and shown to our room in the loft area (room 512) The room was spotless and seemed to have been newly tiled and decorated. The space was huge, with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We were very happy with this even though no view there are velour windows to let light and air in. Fantastic room and space. Breakfast was hit and miss, this will be subjective to everyone's taste. I enjoyed the cereal bar selection with yoghurts and pastries. ...

"We stayed here 3 nights. It is the perfect location, in the heart of Como, for exploring the town and the lake. The ferry ticket office and pier is 100 meters away. There are many restaurants within a 5min walk. It is within walking distance to both Como train stations for those using public transport. Camilla is very helpful with good communications in English. WhatsApp is available to message or talk with her. The building is typical of older Italian buildings but the rooms are comfortable...

"I didn’t like the rooms. They were in one corner of the building and had no decent view at all. The lights in the room and the shower had problems, which were not fixed during the 2 nights we stayed. The reception did not ask how was our stay when we checked out. Considering the name of the hotel, the lobby was pretty ordinary. The breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were excellent."
