A very nice, clean, and spacious apartment in a historic building with a beautiful view of Como. Angelo, the host, is funny, communicative, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our little chats with him! Ciao, Angelo! It was nice to meet you! There is also a large, old California redwood tree standing in front of the building just a fun fact. I was surprised to see such a tree growing there!

Great experience in perfect place

We'd stayed 6 nights here and I cannot recommend highly enough. If we travel this region again someday, I'll definitely book this clean and cozy villa. 1. Location We could reach almost everywhere so easy by car. (Supermarket: 2 min. to Granmercato & 5 min. to Bennet City Center: 15~18 min. Outlet: 20 min. to FoxTown) This luxury villa is located on the middle of the hill, so the view was amazing(luckily we could enjoy the fireworks from the lake in the garden). 2. Facilities All electric devices(Wash machine, Espresso machine, Microwave, Flat screen TV, etc.) were just brand-new. There are 1 bath & 1 shower stall, thus they were very helpful especially for kid. And stylish furniture and interior were impressive as well. Plus, my daughter fell in love with bunk bed. 3. Staff Costantino and Angelo were always friendly. With their support we could stay here without any inconvenience.

Wonderful

Everything was perfekt! The appartment was beautiful and clean and we loved the Prosecco and snacks provided. Beautiful view from the property! The communication with the owner was easy and informative. Easy self check-in with no evening limit. Perfect with the private parking.

Utrolig flot udsigt men manglede mulighed for at sidde ude. Ikke så børnevenligt. Alt strømmen forsvandt. Fik hurtigt fat i person via telefon men han mente vi havde tændt for alt og det var aldrig sket før. Men til sidst fik de anvist os hvor det var nøgle til skur med sikringer til alle lejligheder. Og vi skulle bare slå det til så virkede det. Manglede beskrivelse af hvor affald skulle afleveres og sorteres. Pænt rent. God p p-plads men kun en og vi var kørt i 2 biler. Tæt på supermarked Grand mercato lækkert. God restaurant lige i nærheden men ikke billig
