"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is extremely charming and is absolutely fantastic: Absolutely central in the city with almost everything within walking distance. Our room was very clean and spacious and so quiet. We couldn't hear any other guests during our three nights stay. The location is perfect just a short walk from the lake, the ferry terminal, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s ideal for exploring the city and the surrounding area."

"Clean place. 20 mins walk from the lake ferry point. Lots of restaurants and a Carrefour close by. Microwave, fridge, kettle all worked as advertised. Bathroom was adequate. Left luggage facility was super easy and convenient. Property does not have an elevator and walking up with a standard check-in suitcase will be super difficult."
