"Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great."

"On site parking was sold out so you had to pay at a parking ramp and walk that was almost 2 blocks away or street park where you’d have to keep running outside to feed the meter. The TV kept freezing up on certain channels so it was basically useless and I had to stream movies on my laptop in order to watch something instead. Property itself was nice."

"They had clean rooms and the staff was very friendly. The parking is the problem. There is a crumbling parking lot, that they know of and no one is allowed to park there. Understandable, but it would be helpful to let people know that you cant pull up to the building and park. This is not accessible for handicap people. Just recommend they let people know that when they book there is a problem with there parking lot, which we all would understand, just let people know that there is an issue and...

It's only been open a few years and I hope that whoever owns this Hotel, corporation, or otherwise, maintains the high-level of cleanliness and aesthetic perfection that my husband and I experienced this past week. "If you like it warmer - the 4th floor is for you! We unfortunately like arctic conditions when we sleep - moving rooms/floors was easy and the staff understood. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, kids loved the pool. We enjoyed our stay."
