"Firstly, the staff was fantastic! Starting with the valet Jessie, the front desk staff, Sarah the bartender and Andrew the maitre d, all were extremely friendly and enthusiastic! The property was beautiful and comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Very close and convenient to the Museum district. We enjoyed our stay. Nice greeting from Nick, the onsite manager. He was very helpful with every request we had during our stay. We recommend staying here. Although: Two things to consider before booking. 1) There is no breakfast served. 2) There is no daily Maid services, even though we stayed five nights?"

"I don’t think me and my boyfriend will want to stay anywhere but here when coming to HTX! 10/10! The service was phenomenal. The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Lastly, the rooms are the perfect mix of elegance and comfort. We loved our stay and are already planning the next weekend getaway. "

"The apartment was well appointed and designed. The bed was AMAZING! The kitchen had most items necessary for a week stay. The microwave-oven had directions in Spanish so it was not easy to navigate cooking. Dishwasher did not work. The phone hotel phone did not work, but the hotel's texting AI was great, easy to get attention by texting for towels, trash bags etc. They had a Nespresso coffee machine in kitchen, but did not use since they charged for the capsules. Next stay I will bring my own. I...
"Great stay, stayed a little rocky, front TV wasn't functioning and thermostat was not functioning correctly. Called front desk and both were fixed. Other than that, it was great. "
