Notre vol ayant été retardé, nous avons bien évidemment prévenu l’établissement, qui nous a indiqué qu’il n’y aurait aucun problème puisque les clés pouvaient être récupérées via un code dans une boîte. Malheureusement, nous n’avions pas prêté attention à l’heure de départ fixée à 10h, pensant, comme dans la plupart des établissements, qu’elle était à midi. Vers 11h30, la personne chargée du ménage a frappé à notre porte pour nous informer que le départ devait se faire à 10h. Je lui ai présenté mes excuses et précisé que nous allions quitter les lieux dans les cinq minutes. Elle m’a alors répondu très poliment de prendre notre temps puisque l’hébergement n’était pas reloué le lendemain. Quelques minutes plus tard, un responsable m’a toutefois appelé d’un ton sec, en me disant que « ce n’était pas une auberge espagnole », que je devais partir immédiatement et que j’étais censé connaître l’heure de départ puisque j’avais pris soin d’annoncer notre arrivée tardive. J’estime que le ton employé n’était ni acceptable ni professionnel, ce qui a malheureusement gâché notre expérience. Un peu plus de souplesse et de dialogue améliorerait vraiment l’accueil.

Appartement pris ces derniers jours

Il était une fois un tenancier sympa, qui raisonnablement donne satisfaction sur tout point de vue. Il en de la responsabilité du résident d'appliquer le minimum syndical. Au niveau de juste lui demander s'il a un torchon de serviette sous le coude. Afin d'essuyer sa propre vaisselle. Au niveau des prestations d'un appartement satisfaisant, avec des ustensiles de cuisines à la hauteur, une literie convenable, des sanitaires propres. Je n'ai pas pris de photos, cela correspond totalement à mes attentes.

Excelente estadia com vista pras Montanhas

Nossa estadia em Combloux foi formidável, estivemos num quarto com excelente estrutura, camas confortáveis, cozinha bem equipada, bom quarto e bem aquecido. Somente duas coisas poderiam ter deixado a estadia ainda mais perfeita: uma cortina de banho evitando assim que molhemos o banheiro todo como foi, e um pano de prato pra nos ajudar na organização da cozinha quando cozinhamos.

Cuisine et vaisselle non fait, linge non plié « c’est pas grave » d’après le réceptionniste. Faible isolation phonique, on entend tout, ceux qui arrivent tard et ceux qui partent tôt. Il y a peu de places devant l’hébergement et aucune indication sur où se garer… Pas de condiment, matériel rudimentaire et rustique si vous comptez cuisiner sur place. Il existe mieux aux alentours avec de meilleures prestations

Petit logement confortable et propre . La cuisine est bien pratique . La reception des clés se fait facilement dans le coffre-fort a la reception . Pas de vue sur le Mont blanc pour cet appartement mais decoration montagnarde sympatique . Emplacement au calme

Très confortable

Réservation tardive via le site mais cela ne pose pas de problème sur cet appart'hôtel car un système de coffres permet de récupérer sa clef sans accueil après 19h. Chambre avec 3 lits enfants (c'est rare !) au dernier étage et une vue magnifique sur la vallée au petit matin.

Séjour très agréable bien que court ; très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc. Etablissement très calme et environnement agréable. Espace petit si nous avions dû y séjourner plus longtemps et très petit si nous avions été quatre.
