"We had the Queen Mary I superior suite which was gorgeous. It had the biggest window of all the accommodation rooms. The bathroom had a stained glass window which was so unique. Everywhere I went in the Castle and its grounds I was awestruck by all the details. We did the History Walk with Phillip which was so interesting to hear about Edward Stafford and Henry viii. "Charming hotel, ideally situated by the Abbey. Choice of lounges to sit in the evening, loved the decor. It was drizzling so we couldn’t use the outdoor space. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant and full English breakfast next morning. All staff so friendly and welcoming. Loved the stories of the local area involving pigs, emus and tigers!"

"The grounds of the house is beautiful. We wondered around and even walked through the cornfield. The staff was Excellent and went out of their way for anything we needed. My college student son even took his final online exam in the Library which is over 200 years old and the staff gave him a pitcher of water, cookies and a Good Luck note.
