No AC as it smelt like a wet dog Front desk gave card access to one of our rooms to a random person at 2am Needless to say they couldn’t sleep after having a stranger walk in their room at that time Absolutely horrible safety and security

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Worthington by IHG
Place was clean and the registration took us to see the room as we did not get a king size bed that we ordered. It had a high toilet and a step-in shower, but I wasn't going to use the shower any way. For being a handicap room it did not have any grab bars.
