The lobby appeared fine. Once you exited the elevator to the guest floors you were greeted with an unpleasant odor. This Oder was on several floors I visited while looking for a functioning ice machine.

I called when I left my wedding and my daughters told me the rooms were hot. The air conditioners would run for one to two minutes and shut off. They said it was like a sign in. It took me an hour and a half to get through at a live person at the Quality Inn and suites. My son-in-law has a heart problem and requires air conditioning at all given times. I will never choose again or ever give any recommendations to any suites. I was very satisfied with all of it.

We were on the road. Chose this hotel from the app. It was a good choice for one night. The area felt safe. Breakfast was meh, but at least coffee was readily available.

Clean, safe environment. We were in town to visit the university and this was near the university and also plenty dining and shopping options. Very close to the medical center. A great value!
