"Do Not Stay Here: Rundown, Dirty, and Misleading This property is completely misrepresented online and on Expedia. It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking. The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction. Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet...

"This was the worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The pool was heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature and the pool room was excessively humid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped in resolving an issue that was not theirs to resolve, so I appreciate the staff for sure. This property is in dire need of upgrades, or to call it what it is and adjust the price...

"Located in serene setting with gorgeous mountain views. Over the top friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and outdoor sitting areas. Located on atv,utv trails. We would rate this place a 10/10! Anyone that is looking for that mountain adventure needs to look into the Arrowhead mountain Lodge!!!"
