Accentuate the positive, I say. The staff was fabulous. Several other issues relative to a comfortable, satisfying stay need some work. Enough so, it prompted me to cancel a scheduled future stay at the property and stay elsewhere. With that, my gratitude for the excellent customer service!!

Villa Motel at Manitou Springs
We were just staying one night and doing nothing but sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable which is all I expected. For a longer stay it would have been great to take advantage of the short walk to all the fun in downtown Manitou Springs.

Pikes Peak Inn
Very conveniently located and affordable! In walking distance of several cute shops and restaurants and right next to a fire station which made me feel safe! The room was super cute, clean, and modern! I would definitely stay here again!
