Also after going out and having dinner, getting ready to go to sleep, we didn't have enough pillows or towels for shower. I called desk about 9:30pm and we were asked to wait about a half hour. About 10:10pm I called again to find out message...

"It is a very nice property. They need to work on the details, and it would be excellent. The river side view is calm and peaceful. The pool area is nice to just relax and read. It would be great to have an area for a continental breakfast. The Scotts restaurant is expensive and you have no other options. The location is remote from any shops or restaurants. Beds were really comfortable."

"Absolutely stunning property with tremendously spacious rooms, my room even had a large desk and a little fireplace. The bathroom had a standing shower with multiple shower heads and a full tub. There was a skylight in the bathroom that let in a lot of natural light even into the main room. Staff was really nice, but there didn't seem to be anyone immediately available when I was checking out, but not really a major concern since very detailed instructions was given prior to that. "Very clean, quiet and lovely B & B. We did have significant issues with the reception as our card had been destroyed by the bank and there seemed to be an issue in order to use another card."

"This was a first stay at this Fairfield in about five years. It remains a pretty good low-cost place to stay for a night or two. The breakfast isn't quite as good as we remembered it, and the $10 per day they now charge for parking was off putting. Beyond that, the biggest downside to this location are the frequent freight train horn blasts throughout the night they can nothing about but nevertheless impact the quality of sleep."
