"The room lacked ample electrical points by the bedside. The wardrobe was positioned awkwardly. The lift creaked noisily. Breakfast was good, and the stay was comfortable and satisfactory."

"I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a classic double room and it was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed (hot drinks, Elemis shampoo, body wash). Some slight wear and tear on the furniture (warped side tables and desk) which is easily fixed and will make the room near perfect. The only issue we did have was this thinness of the walls and ceilings. We were woken by people walking in their room above us and could hear people using their toilet in the room next door/above. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely staff and quick ordering/service. Delicious coffee! Lots of nice options from the continental and the made to order breakfast. We did use the spa facilities but didn't have much time due to the nature of our stay. Nice and clean, warm pool. Robes and flip flops provided. We didn't have any treatments. I would stay here again!"

"A beautiful building in a perfect location for enjoying the gorgeous picturesque town of Ludlow. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and if you donโt mind a little bit of uneven flooring in an ancient building this is a great place to stay."

"Very happy with our stay at this charming hotel. Great location on the riverfront in Worcester, near the cathedral. Bonus that hotel has its own parking spaces. Room (Junior Suite) was very spacious and breakfast choices were really good, including vegan options. Would definitely stay again."

"Great stopover on the way to Newquay. Itโs rated a 5 star but nearer to 4 as thereโs scuffs and stains on the wall. Window was kept closed via a screws. Breakfast was excellent. Polite staff."

"The hotel room we were allocated was at the back of the building off a really bad smelling musty corridor which seeped into the room. The room itself, other than the smell, was good. Clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. Food in the restaurant was great. We asked for our bins to be emptied and for fresh towels which didn't happen."
