The newer part provided a spacious suite of rooms with kitchenette and dual aspect living room (it forms two sides of a quadrangle), for our family. Being in the roof meant that the window sills were low and these open fully, not an issue with older children. "I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight, and it was the perfect choice. Many hotels near Brussels South Charleroi claim to have a free shuttle, but it often turns out to be a paid taxi. This one truly offers a free shuttle bus, which was a huge plus! We received clear instructions, the van was clearly marked, and the driver who picked us up was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. "This little out-of-the-way hotel is great for travellers in-transit to the Charleroi airport. Choose this hotel instead of a corporate-owned chain - it is family owned and I felt treated like family. Whatever you need, they assist you with it personally. I had a nice large glass of wine to unwind before bed, a fresh croissant in the morning, and an on-demand ride to the airport. The hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again (and I travel a lot!)."
