"If anyone’s planning on booking this hotel especially any families with little kids please avoid. Terrible customer service received from the hotel start to finish. We had to request expedia to get involved to resolve issues on their behalf, very poor customer experience."

Afternoon and evening food was also of good quality as was the bar selection. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and dealt with any help we required. I would definetly stay in this Hotel again. Made for a brilliant weekend ."
