"Booked a two room suite for family of four. It was very clean. The property had a very modern look. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was tasty. I wish I had stayed few more nights there. I had some WiFi coverage issues in the bed rooms but we were able to manage. I also would recommend adding a shower curtain so the bathroom stays somewhat dry. The fridge did not appear to be working but we didn’t need to use it. "

"Exceptional all the way. Checking in was quick. Ms.R at the front desk was very helpful, she even let me borrow her iPhone charger. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Room service was very good. The room service menu was very detailed, easy to understand. Even accommodated late check out time. I will go back again and I would recommend it. "

"Had a pleasant stay for three nights with parents. Great hospitality by all the staff members. Amazing new year party at the banquet hall, kudos to the organizers. "The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed anything there was someone there to help me. The rooms are nice and clean. It is quite spacious, in fact, it’s almost like two rooms because there’s a sitting area and a large wardrobe for storing belongings. "We paid 11k for one night. The room we were given had no windows, was so tight they after putting in the rollaway, the only way to get off the bed was from the other end. The location is quite far from central Coimbatore. There aren't many food options right by and the road is very busy so it takes time to cross the street. They also offer breakfast up until 10:30 am after which all you can get is a sandwich and coffee. Ah yes, and in the 11k, breakfast was NOT included. "
