"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"All staff were so friendly and polite and went above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. The breakfast was outstanding with a beautifully relaxed dining room. "The staff were very helpful & informative.
The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff.
The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room.
The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful.
We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome.
Next time we will try the spa.

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome.
The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests.
Overall, a very nice stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
