Parking for a big vehicle was tight. Clean accommodation. Great security and an area for our small dog. Unfortunately we were near the main highway with trucks on the move all night. Would love to stay again for a bit longer next time.

Staff were great, cabin and pet area awesome. A lot of grass and area to walk my dog. The cabin was fresh, bright clean, air con tv etc worked fantastic. Comfortable bed. My only problem was the traffic noise on the Pacific Highway, relentless . I couldn’t sleep at all. Was glad to leave very early in the morning to get home and sleep.

Short Stay but a Good Stay

In a very convenient location, reasonably priced with overall facilities found to be great. Just a short stay this time around, but as a family, we enjoyed our stay and found this to be a great place to stay.

Good service but noisy location

Clean and tidy cabins. Good location for services but it is very very noisy being right on the highway. So if you are a light sleeper i wouldnt recommend it or take some ear plugs. Otherwise it was great.

Our second stay, handy location on the Pacific Highway, with only 5-10min walk to the main shopping centre, Plantation Hotel, Dan Murphy and other convenience stores. Jetty Beach is 10min drive, with more restaurants near the esplanade. Facility and main kitchen area very clean and safe for the family and kids. Pet friendly in some of the cabins, which is a bonus for us to take our german size fur-bby and it suits our needs. Met James the owner, very friendly and easy to approach. Thank you for having stay at Reflections Coffs Harbour. We will be back again.

Great dog friendly park. Good location. So many rabbits!! Good if your dog needs desensitisation to rabbits. Circus noise and highway noise if you are a light sleeper. Cabin basic but good enough. My friends cabin had a dog yard at the back, I tied mine up which she is happy with

Reflections was in a great location for the purpose of our visit but being in this location meant it was very noisy with traffic. Especially at night when you’re trying to sleep. The cabin was very tired looking and was in desperate need of a revival. The guy at reception was really friendly and helpful, plus we were given a treat bag for our furbaby

The cabin was well eqipped and was nice to have rge heating on when we arrived. The cabin itself was quite spacious for the 2 of us abd might have been a bit more sqashed if we had four in. Pretty clean, usual dust in some areas. Id probably most describe it as tired. The only downfall as most people mention is the proximity to the highway so lots of traffic noise. Also it is a fair distance to restaurants, jetty beaches etc. We stayed 2 nights and yet to see a member of staff. When we phoned to arrange a late check in, we waited a long time for an answer and to this time im still waiting on a reply via message to them. I also explained that i have no access to SMS but they wanted to send safe code this way. Fortunately a staff member gave me this code over the phone. This allowed for a cide to access the site and cabin. Nobody on reception eiher to check out. Luckily we didnt have any isdues!
