"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. "On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. "

"We didn't have breakfast, but the hotel is well maintained and attractive, the room was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor (if you ignore the horrifically ugly window shade), the water pressure is good, and the desk clerk was polite, efficient, and very nice. It was a bit noisy due to other guests, but it was extremely busy so that's not out of the ordinary."

"We love staying here when we are in Mobile. We have stayed here pre cruise. They offer parking while you are on the cruise, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast is at a small bistro on site. The food there is delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there. I highly recommend staying here any time you visit Mobile or just passing through."
