"Etwas unpersönlich, da Eingang nur mit Code. Echter Mensch beim Frühstück, was auch sehr gut war. Schönes Zimmer mit Mehrblick, kostenloser Parkplatz und Supermarkt vor der Tür. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Lediglich kein richtiger Klopapierhalter im Bad. Ansonsten alles top."

"I was in Rm 4, a small twin with ensuite. The window opened (hood) but unfortunately, right onto the alley where the cooking fan vented. It was quite loud but did stop before bedtime.
Breakfast was surprisingly included and very tasty. Did not have dinner as there was nothing small that I wanted to eat. I was later told by a customer that you could order half portions of the main menu items. I didn’t realize this and would have done so.
Good drafts on tap, staff were friendly but the room...

"A lot of reviews for this house were quite bad. This is the review of the room we had on the ground floor.
Massive room & bathroom. Shower for less able people & a lovely big bath. Everywhere was spotless. We had a 6 foot bed that was very comfortable. Yes, the wallpaper was old & stained but this house is very old & must take a great deal of upkeep. The dining room was lovely, as was the breakfast
Our friends had the room next door & their opinion was the same as ours. All 4 of us would...

"We had a very comfortable stay at the wheatsheaf in Swindon, staff were friendly and welcoming, a bar that was open for drinks and places to sit and relax. Our room was comfortable although window wouldn’t stay open to let in fresh air as it was a warm day outside. Our even meal was delicious with a good choice of menu. Breakfast was also good and the service was swift. a great start to our day. All in all an enjoyable stay would revisit this hotel again in the future."

"This is absolutely one of the best hotel stays I’ve had and I have travelled all over the world.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and location is beautiful. The spa downstairs is nothing short of amazing .
But absolutely the most amazing thing about this hotel is from the moment you arrive you feel like you’re staying with family. I went downstairs in the evening to ask for some cutlery and the receptionist said hello Nicki how can I help you? I was so surprised that she remembered my...
