"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

"Good location for people planning to drive/explore around Mid-North Wales or purely want to have a peaceful time. Plenty of parking space. Love the vibe the hotel shows. Lovely food (both dinner and included breakfast). I can see why food here is awarded. Staff are friendly. The downside is the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. Plus, the blockage of the drain in the bath. Water everywhere after taking the shower."
