Above all the staff were amazing! Met the grandchildren of three generations of dedicated employees who were so proud and enthusiastic about serving as families over a significant time. The staff is professional and polite. I enjoyed the pool, and the room was lovely. I also like the gift store and restaurant. I was disappointed the hot tub didn't work however. It was my first visit and it was great. I especially loved sitting on balcony listening to the birds. I love the gardens and fountains. This place is the tops.
