"Excellent property. Very clean inside and out, friendly staff. Seeing the 100% sanitation rating was a bonus. This is on a busy road, but I would still give it 5 stars."

"I have made this my second home after traveling long hours and truly missed seeing Ms. Bella. She is by far a breathe of fresh air to this organization and extremely helpful to customers. As a person who works in the healthcare field, her words of encouragement, tenacity and cleaniness is a true asset to any business and needed today times. It was unfortunate she was not there in staffing any longer but upper management, meaning owners, need to look into how customers value brands for longevity. People take jobs because they love what they do and it showed in this staffer being always happy even if she was maybe having a bad day. You may want to look into bringing her back. Other than our entire family missing her and new ones meeting her, it was still a great experience."

"We could not sleep because there was a mouse jumping around in the room! Also, we couldn’t change the thermostat temperature in the room as it needed a security code to change it. The host was nice and talked with us the whole time we had our breakfast. The dutch breakfast was simple and unique. "

"Everything is always perfect at Berry Hill Resort. They are accommodating with early and late check-outs w previous notice. There are many places so see on site such as displays of the history of Berry Hill, a historical family cemetery which is interesting, if you like history. Dogs are welcome and there are fields for walk. Original cabins are on-site which compliment the historical home with its massive pillars and beautiful rooms. Berry Hill also hosts indoor and outdoor weddings which become magical, exquisite events with forever memories."

"Entire hotel smelled of weed. Only half the lamps had bulbs. The tv didnt work. The fridge only half worked. Sorry excuse of a hotel even for one night."

"Beds were comfortable a the main room was clean. However the bathroom was not the cleanest. Shower hadn’t been fully cleaned and there is terrible water pressure. The AC worked well but was incredibly loud at certain times. Would wake us up each night. Staff was absolutely incredible and very kind. "
