"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"

"Clean room, peaceful hotel which looks lovely when you walk in! Spa also nice but quite small. Bed comfortable and spacious rooms with lovely en suite. Unfortunately, we had one bathing towel between us and they advertise 24 room service for food and drink. However when we rang we were told there was absolutely no food available so we ended up missing our evening meal as it was 11pm. Our advice was, “ Ring Uber Eats”. "The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."

"Excellent stay at the hotel with adequate facilities including a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. The cosy double room was tight getting around the bed. Location was fantastic with only an 8 minute walk to the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Yes I would use this hotel again."

I extended my stay online and then staff told me they put the wrong price online so I had to pay the extra £350.
