"The rooms were clean but a little run down. The beds were comfortable. Over all the place needs a little upkeep. I wouldn’t say it was worth the price we paid."

"Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast attendant also deserves recognition for being kind, accommodating, and providing great service. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The building is quite old and appears to need significant renovations. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. "No elavator to 2nd to floor Unkept feeling upon entry"

"Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again."

"We booked a king suite for our anniversary. The hotel was in excellent condition and very clean. The gym looked to be in great condition although we didn't use it. The pool was very clean and looked well cared for, again we didn't use it. Our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Ask for a extra pillow because they are feather I believe and they only provide 3 for 2 people and you sink right into them. The walk-in shower was amazing and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body...

"My husband and I stayed at the Bavarian Inn for three nights. We should have researched more because we didn’t realize it was also a water park and it was more of a family place to stay. The only issue we had was with the cleaning of our room. It was cleaned 2 of the 3 days due to our room being the last to be cleaned of the day. We did leave our room for hours at a time, but when we returned it still wasn’t clean , so we had to leave again and wait. The second day they must have run out of time...

"This was a solid hotel. The lobby was extremely quiet. One of my only complaints is that every time I went up to the desk, nobody was there. I could see the staff sitting in the back on their phones. I waited a few minutes for them to realize that I was standing there. The person working the free breakfast was amazing. She was super friendly and efficient. My only other complaint is that the walls are so thin! We had an adjoining room with complete strangers who had kids. The kids were playing...
