"The room we had was spacious, clean well maintained everything you need for a relaxing stay . The room had iron and ironboard, fridge, glasses for drinks. Toiletries very good, shower easy to work . The Air-conditioning was brilliant. Breakfast was very good ,plenty of choice, but one day reduced staff on so service was poor and had to keep reminding staff what we wanted. But that was just once."

"The hotel consists of two nice, old/character properties which are well-positioned for Clifton. They are well-maintained and clean. It's good that the property has it's own car park within the grounds for around a dozen cars, although I'm not sure why they would charge guests £9 per night to use it.

"Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...
