F1 stay

Perfect for a one night stay didn’t notice when I booked it was shared shower and toilet , didn’t like that . Bed was very comfortable and clean and breakfast was good

Infos erronées sur hotels.com : notre expérience

Bonjour, Avant de commencer, je tiens à préciser que je n'ai rien contre l'Hôtel Formule 1, mais je suis mécontent du site hotels.com qui publie des informations mensongères sur l'hôtel. Tout d'abord, les descriptions des chambres pour deux personnes sont inversées : la chambre Side-car correspond à deux lits simples et la chambre Tandem à un lit double, alors que sur le site, c'est l'inverse. Nous avons donc dû changer de chambre dès notre arrivée. Heureusement, la personne à l'accueil nous a gentiment donné une chambre Side-car à la place de la Tandem. Ensuite, le site indique qu'il y a un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes dans la salle de bain, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Le comble est que sur le site officiel de l'hôtel, il est bien mentionné que les serviettes ne sont pas fournies. Nous avons donc dû utiliser un vêtement pour nous laver le strict minimum. Je ne recommande donc pas ce site et invite les personnes souhaitant réserver cet hôtel à le faire directement sur le site officiel. Quant à mon avis sur l'hôtel lui-même, il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Certes, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'équipements (lavabo+bureau+lits) et les toilettes et douches sont communes, mais à 39€ la chambre, il est difficile de trouver moins cher.

La chambre est très petite, pas de serviette à notre arrivée. Expédia nous a d’ailleurs arnaqué, nous avons payé 40€ sur le site et une fois arrivée sur place nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits simple alors que nous souhaitions une chambre double comme réservé sur le site Nous avons donc dû payer pour être si lasse Je suis très mécontente

Chambre réservée très tardivement mais disponible à mon arrivée sur Clermont ferrand. Parfaitement adaptée pour une nuit, bonne literie, calme, très bien dormi. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Très appréciable de pouvoir charger son téléphone ou son ordinateur car il y a 2 ports à côté du lit. Seul petit bémol, il manque peut être un support pour poser son sac de voyage, mais n'étant de passage que pour une nuit, ce n'est pas bien grave.
