"Room was not stocked up and no one came to clean during our stay the toilet clogged and after telling the staff no one was sent to get it to drain when I tried to see why I found several syringes in the reservoir of the toilet also advised staff about it and was told to simply just leave them alone and don't touch them "

"They were doing a lot of construction work on the property so the property was a real mess. Maybe it'll be really nice when done. But getting around at the property was done with caution. "

"Room was very nice just the couch needed cleaned more looked like a food stain on it. Staff that checked in was very nice just didn't communicate about breakfast or check out time. The breakfast was amazing. "

"There was plenty of food options near the Hotel. It was perfect for our visit to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun we had a great view of the park right outside our window. We also just pulled right out the Hotel and had the option to go to the worlds of fun ramp. Bed Super comfortable had a great night's rest. "
