"The whole place was beautiful the room was very clean and nice. The casino wasn’t very nice to me but you win some you lose some still had a great time We were there for a concert at the beautiful Starlight and if we ever come back that way we will be staying again with you. Happy Guest"

"The pictures shown for the hotel when booking do not reflect reality. The hotel is dated and not clean. Our room was dated, not clean and many obvious repairs to previous issues/damage. The bathroom was not clean. We booked the room with 2 adults and 2 children and the room only had three towels and two washcloth’s. Went to the front desk to ask for an additional towel and was told they couldn’t provide any additional towels. Terrible customer service. Breakfast was less than desirable and food was not replenished. Will never stay at this hotel again and will make sure family and friends stay away from this hotel."

"Don’t book this place, here is why: no curtains, no tea cups in rooms, everything is so low budget and they don’t even have hair conditioners. Manager on duty is completely useless! We had an ape size disturbance in the room above us - could not sleep the whole night! Took them forever to resolve the problem- all the people around that room were affected. The manager failed to accommodate our request to transfer us to the room at the top floor for the 2nd night stay. Overall - horrible worst experience of my life."

"Absolutely abysmal. Staff was super unhelpful and would rather do anything but help guest have a good experience. A mini fridge was advertised in the rooms but was no where to be seen. Hair was in my ice holder and the breakfast was extremely subpar. 1/10 would not recommend save your money. When I came in a worker at the domino's down the road told me the area was run down and they where very correct. I have never had a worse experience with the front desk at anywhere before and I will for sure not be coming back. Save your money, you would feel safer sleeping at the surrounding abandoned buildings."

"Black mold in vents, neighbors were extremely loud past midnight, parking lot felt unsafe, staff wasn’t present for check out. I wouldn’t stay here again. The breakfast was the only good thing."

"The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean but we were a bit disappointed the bar was not open on a Saturday n8ght and in the morning I wanted coffee but the on-room coffee did not 5as5e good and there was none in the lobby."
