"Our stay at The Chancery was just lovely! Our check-in process was easy, and our room was everything we could have hoped for. We booked the terrace suite which was on the top floor and had a stunning view of the city, along with a spacious private balcony and jaccuzi. "This was my favorite stay of my trip. The staff was fabulous from check in to check out. When I did have an issue, they worked to quickly resolve it and exceeded my expectations making it right. The breakfast was also excellent, both in variety and quality. I will absolutely stay here again when I am in the area."

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! From the second I arrived, they were there to greet me and help me with my bags. They allowed me to check in early and adjust my reservation due to my last minute travel changes. They were completely accommodating. Once I arrived to my room they cslled the room & checked on me. "Very friendly front desk and breakfast staff, super nice. Rooms OK, not as luxurious as other Conrads; shower size absolutely unacceptable; extremely small, literally less than 1 square meter, maybe 8sqft; super uncomfortable, not suited for medium to large people and certainly not for elders..... way too small, on the other hand, they have a battub using valuable space in the bathroom. The shower size was really a bummer."

"I am so grateful to the Fleet Hotel. My husband didn’t book our train right, so we got in super super early. I called the day before to warn them and see if they could possibly get us early check in - and they did!!! They totally saved my bacon! Thank you all so much.
