Hotel Butik di Clacton-on-Sea

"This place is a gem. The owners are warm, welcoming and very helpful, and so are the rest of the staff. The place is reminiscent of the best of a traditional guest house, but with a modern clean feel. The amenities in the room were plentiful, and with the guests’ comfort in mind. "Simple clean room. English ugh space for my daughter & I. The shower was plenty hot & powerful."

"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great location and breakfast was great!"

"Room was clean although a horrible (historic) mark on the carpet near the desk - why do they not trouble to clean it. Bedside lamp was too far to be any good for reading and not movable. Like the photograph artworks throughout the building. Have stayed at Kingscliffe many times and find it convenient."

"Fine for an overnight stay. Receptionist handed the key wordlessly, beds were not great and there was a bit of noise but not enough to do me sleeping. You get what you pay for etc!"

"Location and space for dog"

"Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room."

"Everything was superb. See a fuller review on the Sykews Cottages website."

"Terrible information about checking in the property, had to wait 2 hours and lots of phone calls to get the cabin number and key code. Better be inform before reaching the property that doesn't have bed sheets and toilet paper. Overall very nice accommodation with all the publicity it has on it."

"Staff were not very helpful or accommodating"
