To start, the room we were assigned was nothing close to the photos shown on their website or on Expedia. We had no chairs, no lamps, no bedspread, room for only one suitcase, no phone. . pretty pathetic for a "Deluxe Double Seaview". 160 sf compared to their advertised 217 sf. They advertise laundry facilities but it is a send out service that takes 2 days and not available on weekends.
The room was never cooler than 82F, best it could do according to their engineer, and no wifi available in the room. Despite multiple complaints, they would not relocate us even though most rooms on the floor were vacant.
I have tried to to get management to respond to emails regarding the taxi they arranged for our transport to the cruise terminal; I find 50 Euros excessive for a 5 minute ride plus the taxi was unmarked, the driver refused to meter the trip, refused to accept anything but cash and refused to provide a receipt . . some operation they are running.
I will be taking this up further with Expedia when we return to the US.
