"We traveled here with our toddler— we stayed for three nights. We were so happy with this hotel. It was perfectly clean, walkable to everything, and had spacious rooms. There was more than enough room for a pack-n-play beside the king bed, and we loved the extra table space to spread out. I always bring cleaning supplies when I travel to make sure my toddler has a clean environment, and I was really happy to have had completely clean paper towels upon wiping everything down. All of the staff were very friendly as well."

"I recently stayed at the Motto by Hilton in Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff. Despite a delayed flight causing my reservation to be unexpectedly canceled, the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, securing another room for me quickly and without hassle. Additionally, on the night of my departure, I encountered a delay when the valet attendant was unavailable in the parking deck. Once again, the front desk receptionist stepped in without hesitation. She made several phone calls and did everything within her power to assist me, demonstrating genuine care and dedication. The level of customer service I received during my stay truly made all the difference. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Philadelphia and look forward to staying here again. Thank you to the team for their outstanding hospitality!"

We lucked out. Great corner room.

"We got a corner room on the 11th floor with a super high ceiling. It was difficult to get around the bed but the high ceilings and the corner room (both views looked out onto the city) was such a bonus!!!! Thank you Club Quarters! And free nespresso in the room! And in the lobby, free flat and sparkling water DIY, serve yourself. Also free cafe au lait, americano, capuccino, etc at the lobby. We brought down our large water bottles that we use to tour the city with and filled it up with sparkling water!"

Relaxing Time With Family on My Birthday

"We were in town overnight to see where my son works and the liberty bell. The day we arrived happened to be my birthday. After we settled into the hotel for the evening we went down to the bar/restaurant area. We found a big table that we could play games on. We ordered truffle fries and drinks at the bar. They were yummy! Then we ordered Philadelphia cheesecake as my b-day cake. The service at the bar (and everywhere) was fantastic. A very enjoyable evening with my family. We had a fantastic view of the river. Other than the window needing cleaned from the outside the room clean. We slept well on the comfy beds. Wonderful time in Philly. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time in town."
