Staff was very kind and were on top of any help needs we had. Our tv wasn’t getting channels on our 3rd night and they came up right away and replaced the tv and got everything working. The cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping our room clean everyday. Breakfast was always good. Overall we had a good experience with our stay.

Cleaning staff was great. Outdated tv, limited breakfast, restaurant closes at 3. Weird smell that came out of the drains. The condition of the room was very poor, not dirty but poor condition.

To actually have a real jacuzzi,, theirs is not a jacuzzi, i got upset because they advertised it as one jacuzzi, but no bubles/jets ,, just a small pool with warm water more for like kids ,, im not happy about it, if i knew so , i would pick a different hotel … other than that it was a good hotel.

Cleaning lady did a magnificent job, I can't remember , but I think her name is Dora, Love her art. One thing I didn't like about Conquistador is the restaurant, breakfast is included with your stay, don't get me wrong the food was good, just that they don't let kids take their yogurt or whatever they have for breakfast inside, they basically force you to buy breakfast for your kids, if you take kids with you, loved the pool, a small one for the little ones and a big one for the adults

The hotel itself is great. The room was in great condition. The A/C worked fine as well. Good cleaning service. I liked that there was a laundry room. The only downside is the restaurant within the hotel. The employees who work there are rude and always in a bad mood. The free breakfast is good, but only limited to one serving, which is understandable. But they serve you very little food and keep reiterating that you can only be served once. I went to eat there a few times during regular hours and the waitress with glasses is always mad and if you show up 45 minutes before closing time, you have to order to do. Definitely do not recommend the restaurant.
