Nothing. It was terrible. No toilet seat , light bulb burnt. I was handed a handful of paper towels in place of a bath towel. Front desk was rude. Do not stay here .

Estuvo Horrible, No se culpa de quien fue, pero resulto que no me hicieron valida mi reserva por este medio, el hotel decía que sus instrucciones eran que no estaban respetando ninguna reservación por medios como este, entonces que le hiciéramos como quisiéramos, pero que no tenían habitaciones disponibles para quedarnos y nos corrieron prácticamente.

Todo el trato fue muy amable con el poco personal que pude tratar, pero el servicio no es de lo mejor el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía mucho ruido, solicite toallas y a pesar de que reserve una habitación para dos solo me dieron una toalla pequeña y me dijeron que por ser habitación sencilla solo daban una, las cortinas tipo persianas no se podían cerrar y las cortinas que tenia sobre las persianas eran traslúcidas

Pésimo! Llegamos y que no habia reservación, que toman las reservaciones de las aplicaciones ellos a su manera, si hay si la dan y si no no! Por algo se realiza la reserva y con 1 semana de anticipación, ellos deben dejar disponibles las habitaciones que se reservaron. No encontramos lugar en ningún lado, dormí en la camioneta con mi familia. Con que confianza vuelvo a reservar en su aplicación sin que me vuelva a suceder lo mismo! No los recomiendo! La persona del hotel súper prepotente hasta queriendo regañarme prácticamente. 0 tacto con el cliente.

Pésimo servicio

El precio es bajo pero es muy sucio nada que ver con las fotos, el baño esta lleno de hongos le falta mucha higiene, no hay toallas, la alberca solo es agua estancada, tienen una plaga de hormigas, la camarista no limpia al contrario ensucia más, pésimo servicio.
