"This was my first time staying at Drury Inn Suites. I was very pleased! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with the breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I will be traveling back to Baton Rouge in a couple of months and will stay here again."

"I attempted to pay for valet and desired it. After I was ignored , had to drive my car to entrance , get my belongings out, ask for a cart, load my own items up, bring it my room , and for the valet guy to ask me to bring cart down . I immediately wanted it off my tab. This individual ignored me and serviced everyone around me. They only had one valet guy for this establishment which is another negative ."

"The first room that I was in, the toilet didn’t flush properly the room wasn’t up to par, shower had hair in it etc and the curtains had something on them, I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what but I changed rooms only to end up in a room with a HORRENDOUS smell that made me wake up with a headache and that toilet also didn’t work properly in the “new room” so it is a plumbing issue inside the entire building. "We had another great stay at The Cook. It is so convenient for visiting our daughter on the LSU campus. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. We absolutely love the LSU store across from the main desk. It is a hidden gem for LSU fans. The gentleman who worked there was also extremely kind and helpful. We would recommend staying at The Cook if you’re ever in the area. "
