"It took a very long time to check in because, I think, my prepaid Expedia reservation did not get in the system properly. "

"Staff was friendly but we had to call the hotel number to get someone to come to the lobby to check us in. We waited for a bit. There were no pillows to put on the pull out bed. Very loud road noise. My son fell in shower because it was so slippery. The airport shuttle driver was very nice."

"Inadequate lighting in the room, no mirror in bathroom, uncomfortable seating in the lobby and restaurant, inadequate food choices, dishwasher broke so I couldn't get a proper wine glass - just plastic takeaways. Elevator was broken, inadequate information for taking the airport shuttle."

"The breakfast was not restocked, and there were no bowls or utensils. The room was nice enough, and otherwise everything was fine. We got ripped off by the cab driver at the airport who charged us $95 for the 3 mile ride, so try to use the hotel shuttle!"
