"Recption staff Aman and Mamgerial staff Zaman were welcoming and courteous. 2 small concerns we had upon check in were delt with promtly and personally checked on by the manager. He even wrote us a hand written not to assure us of the hotel's standard! Our room was a beautiful 2 level suite. Paying for parking in their convenient and secure s4cure self service garage was great. The location was wonderful. Everything was within walkable distance. The Tram station across the street gave easy...

"Nice, tidy room with a great shower and super comfy bed. A prefect room for us. Really handy for walking into central Christchurch and very close to great food outlets, the Tram ride and the Catheral Square. Off street parking and very easy to find. I appreciated the extra cleaning done and the friendly staff. "
